Payments:
Half is paid to secure the date (payment plan can be arranged). The first half is non refundable. The second half is paid two weeks before the wedding. The Second half is refundable until the painting begins.
The live art contract must be signed to save your date.

What is a live event/wedding painting? This is an acrylic painting on canvas. I paint it live at the event. Depending on the arrangement you choose, this painting may not be completely done at the event. The average painting is 95% done at the event. For example if you want a full bridal party in the painting it will need extra work after the wedding. It will still be finished enough for all your guests to enjoy the process. Because receptions are usually low light I take it home to color correction and add some extra details. I mail it to you after I sent you a picture and you have approved the finished painting.
